What makes Meraki By Maya different?

Meraki By Maya was founded by CEO, Amaya Johnson, at age 16. Since then, she has learned the up’s and down’s of business and built her sewing skills. She is now pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at Southern University and A&M College while balancing her clients, giving them the best customer shopping experience. Meraki means to have creativity; putting your all (your soul, love, & heart) into what you do. This is reflected daily as she navigates through life in school and most importantly, life in business. It’s not just what she does—it’s how she does it that sets Meraki By Maya apart.
